Lifelong learning is a core part of our corporate culture. We believe that what energizes our associates, strengthens us. That’s why the development of our associates worldwide is a top priority, and we offer numerous opportunities for personal and professional growth.

What we offer

As a learning company, we aim to empower each associate's potential by fostering a culture of continuous learning. For us at Bosch, learning goes beyond traditional training sessions. We focus on providing learning experiences that best support personal growth and development. From networking and coaching to direct training and smart digital learning journeys, there are multiple ways for your development.

At Bosch, you can develop in many directions. With 29,000 seminars and webinars across 45 fields — from engineering, software development, and future technologies to leadership, we offer a wide range of learning programs.

Our international “Talent Pools,” including the Business Women's Program, the Talent Development Program, and the Junior Managers Program, we provide learning experiences that open up numerous paths to actively advance your career. Complementing these, mentoring programs offer individual support and guidance to help you achieve your personal and professional goals.

We at Bosch see diversity as a driver of business success. For this, we are committed to ensuring equal opportunities, unlocking everyone’s full potential. This includes global exchange and networking across regions and business units. A framework to unlock your full potential, helping you thrive and create innovative solutions that are truly “Invented for life”.

Especially in times of dynamic change, it is important to remain adaptable and flexible. The best way to achieve this is together — by sharing existing knowledge with others. Through our peer learning portal “Bosch Club”, topic circles, and networks, associates can learn from each other — straightforward and free of charge — by taking ownership of their own professional development.

Most learning happens as part of everyday work — supported by colleagues as well as by digital tools and AI. The group-wide Learning Experience Platform “Skill Hub” also supports associates in skill-based learning. The platform links skills to smart digital learning opportunities, helping associates to explore new topics while expanding existing knowledge and capabilities.

Smart digital learning opportunities provide personalized and flexible learning in various formats such as online modules, webinars, videos, and podcasts. About 1,300,000 completed self-paced trainings show that digital training modules account for the largest share. More than 120,000 courses from seven eUniversity providers, including LinkedIn Learning and Coursera, enable learning exactly when it’s needed. AI-powered tools like Copilot and ASKBosch, a Bosch-internal AI-Assistant, provide access to ChatGPT or Gemini and further enhance learning by offering on-demand support and guidance in daily business.
